We are the people for change. People that are convinced that right now is the time for change in l’Hospitalet; time to bring in a breath of fresh air to the City Council and transform our city, overcoming the stagnation and complacency of the old, and exhausted model used by the current local authorities.

We are the people for change, we are people who want l’Hospitalet to regain its strength, conceiving a well-defined plan for the future of the second largest city in the country. An exciting project to put an end to the current dullness and inaction, to take advantage of all the opportunities and strategic potential of our city; a potential that stems from our city centrality within the metropolitan area and within Catalonia.

We are the people for change, we are people who want to leave behind the city of big announcements, smoke screens and empty promises, to make way for a l’Hospitalet that opts for our neighbourhoods and the people who live in them, and to put an end to the two-tier city divide.

We are the people for change, we are people convinced that today hope clearly wins over resignation. There is an alternative to disillusionment, speculation, cronyism, corruption, and institutional discredit. We need someone at the helm of the City Council who listens to the requests of their neighbours, who allows us to participate in decision-making, and who doesn’t tolerate corruption.

We are the people for change, we are people who want a new leadership in the City Council, one with enough initiative and resolve to look to the future and rethink the current city model with a truly transformative project: progressive, republican, ecological and feminist. We are the people who engage, get involved and get together to make this change possible.

We are the people for change, we are people who want a mayor for the people. People like us. A mayor from l’Hospitalet and elected by its residents. In short, a mayor who makes l’Hospitalet a better city to live in, with more green spaces, decent neighbourhoods, and safe streets.

We are the people for change, we are people who believe in municipalism and who are committed to making this city our first priority. Now is the time for l’Hospitalet. That’s why we want to give our support to a diverse, open, and city-based candidacy. And we call on all the people who also want to make possible the changes we all deserve in L’Hospitalet to join us. Without biases and working together to enhance our chances of success.

We are the people for change, we are residents of l’Hospitalet who love our city, who have diverse backgrounds and whose paths brought us here, and we know that it is in our hands to make possible a better l’Hospitalet. That is why we want changes in the City Council. Changes that will allow us to start an exciting new phase at the helm of the government of our city, so we can transform it, and leave behind lapsed and exhausted models.
